South Norfolk Council confirmed that their prior approval was not required in respect of a large agricultural building located in Tivetshall St Margaret to be used for the purpose of housing straw bales.
The client is now able to build the agricultural building without the need for full planning inline with the General Permitted Development Order 2015.
