Agricultural Building – New Dwelling – Parker Planning Services

Discuss your requirements with us

We have successfully gained permission from South Norfolk Council.

This is for the change of use and associated building works of an agricultural building to a new dwelling located at Hempnall, Norfolk.   This will allow our client to convert it for themselves or to sell the building with permission to convert it into a new home.

We are extremely happy we could gain permission for our clients. This means the agricultural building used for rabbits and chickens can now be converted to a dwelling. This development is not considered to cause any detrimental impact upon the quality of the area or the visual amenity of surrounding buildings within the area.
