Parker Planning Services have achieved a Certificate of Lawfulness for a single storey extension and garage conversion, in the London Borough of Harrow.
Successfully proving that the development had been completed, at least 4 years prior to the application for lawfulness being submitted, therefore making the development lawful in Planning Terms.
Alongside a Certificate of Lawfulness, Parker Planning Services also obtained planning permission for a further extension and alterations to the property.
