Change of use for equestrian use

Discuss your requirements with us

We have gained full planning permission for an application with South Norfolk Council.
This is for change of use of land for equestrian use and construction of hard-standing and erection of pole barn in Swainsthorpe Road, Mulbarton, Norfolk.
We are extremely happy we could gain permission for our clients. This means the proposal has resulted in the introduction of a small-scale equestrian use into the countryside and the existing paddocks can now be in full use. This development is not considered to cause any detrimental impact upon the quality of the area or the visual amenity of surrounding buildings within the area
