Located in the heart of Great Yarmouth Town Centre, the site previously formed the Regent Superbowl (10 pin bowling) and large indoor market. The regeneration scheme for a mixed use development, sees the site incorporate 15 three bedroom houses, 8 one and two bedroom flats, excellent leisure area and 10 retail units. This proposal looked at the opportunities the site would provide for regeneration whilst respecting the characteristics of the surrounding area and neighbouring properties. The scheme was approved by the Council, and subsequently the full development is now built on this site.
