This medley of planning approvals for Residential Development Projects, were all based in Breckland.

Co-incidentally, they were all approved on the same day, at the planning committee sitting.

These successes underline our teams thorough approach to our planning applications.  We work closely with our clients and liaise with the local authorities and external consultants, to aim to achieve the best outcome for clients.  We analyse all aspects of any complications arising, and work methodically to overcome them – wherever possible.

This approach secured the following planning application successes:

  • 5 dwellings in a courtyard-style development in Saham Toney,
  • 4 dwellings with associated parking in Little Fransham, and The conversion of building to a dwelling
  • and approval for a new dwelling and garage in Ashill.

Some key issues our planners were able to address in committee were the impact upon the countryside, highways safety, residential amenity, flood risk, contamination, trees and ecology concerns.
