New Housing Projects – Section 106 Agreement – Parker Planning Services

Discuss your requirements with us

Back in 2014 we helped gain full planning permission for a proposed 3/4 bed detached house located in Tawny Farm, Forncett St Peter, Norfolk.

The site was located outside the development boundary and within the countryside.   As part of that application we successfully justified the approval of a new home by explaining how the funds from the sale of the land would help to enable the conversion of outbuildings for a tourism holiday let usage.

Since then we have helped again with gaining them permission to make changes to external appearance and finishes and just in June this year we secured full planning permission for change of use of an existing outbuilding, to be used as a games/sitting area ancillary to the existing two holiday units including alterations to a Section 106 legal agreement.

This work has enabled the client to sell a section of their land off with permission on it for a new home, use the funds to complete the outbuildings into holiday lets and create a leisure use games room facility for the holiday lets.

We’ve very much enjoyed working this client and watching the development grow and will continue to do so.
