Parker Planning Services have had yet another successful appeal against Breckland District Council, achieving outline planning permission for 8 new dwellings including some affordable housing.
The Appeal was approved after Parker Planning successfully presented that the site would be a sustainable location, it wouldn’t have an unacceptable impact to the character and appearance of the area, or lead to the loss of public open space.
