We have just gained approval from Breckland, for a site in the village of Cranworth for change of use from holiday cottages to residential dwellings.
Cranworth is designated as a rural location outside of any the settlement hierarchy and therefore the site is outside a development boundary.
We addressed the previous reasons for refusal, and was able to demonstrate that an appropriate scheme can be delivered and would help support the services and facilities provided in the area surrounding Cranworth.
We are thrilled we were able to gain permission for our client and wish them all the best.
