Goodies Food Hall – Planning Permission for increased retail space

Discuss your requirements with us

The farming family appointed us as planning consultants – because they wanted to increase retail space to widen the variety of local produce sold whilst incorporating a cafe restaurant to further diversify the growing business.  So we put together a planning proposal for an extension to the existing building and crucially – for a change of use from Farm Shop to a mixed use planning permission for a Farm Shop and A3 cafe restaurant – which includes up to 20 pre-booked functions per year,

In addition, Parker Planning Services also undertook a sequential test and a retail & out of town café impact assessment to help the client assess the needs and validity for this application.

We look forward to buying some Goodies from their food hall next time we’re in the area soon.
