New Major Burial Site – Housing Scheme – Parker Planning Services

Discuss your requirements with us

We have successfully gained permission through planning committee for 8 new homes and the change of use of agricultural land to a major burial site in Attleborough. The project will provide upgrade works to the public highway and a car park for the new burial site.

The principles behind the development, where possible, is to keep the appearance simple and respectful of the site’s rural character.

We identified that there is urgent need for further residential development in the area due to a lack of a 5-year supply of housing and the need for further housing to meet the Government’s ambitions. We also highlighted that the burial site would be providing Attleborough with a much-needed facility.

We are extremely happy with this outcome and wish our clients all the very best with their development.
