One of our most local projects to our Head office based at Ketteringham Hall, was for the Norwich Indoor BMX and Skate Park which also has its own clothing Shop.
This project involved the change of use of a large industrial unit on the outskirts of Norwich into an indoor skate park facility (Leisure D2 Use) with a shop and manufacturing area (B2 manufacturing and A1 Retail use) for clothing. This project required expert advice as well as a detailed statement to justify a proposal of this type within an industrial estate and outside of the city centre area. The Norwich Indoor BMX and Skate Park has become a popular facility and is a huge success.
