Parker Planning Services are pleased to have gained planning permission for a residential development of 95 dwellings comprising of a mixture of terrace, semi-detached and detached properties, together with associated access, parking, pedestrian and cycling links, open spaces and landscaping. 25% of the proposed dwellings will be for affordable rent and shared ownership housing, which is owned and managed by Flagship Housing Group.
Although the site lays outside of the settlement boundary of Great Ellingham, it is adjacent to the boundary therefore directly adjoins the main built up area of the village meaning the development is within a sustainable location, specifically close to the market town of Attleborough.
