David has over 30 years of experience as a commercial adviser on large government spend programmes and for businesses, working for the Cabinet Office, Home Office, Police, and Department of Health and Social Care. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. David has helped many companies enter the government marketplace and build success and brings a wealth of knowledge in bid preparation, service management, business management and business strategy.

David is married to Kim and is usually found spending time with family. David enjoys good ale and the odd cocktail.
