Hannah Lence is Planner at Parker Planning Services.

Hannah has two years of experience working in both the public and private sectors in planning. Prior to working at Parker Planning Services, Hannah worked in Norfolk for; Breckland District Council within the Development Management team assessing a variety of planning submissions before moving to work for a large multi-house builder dealing with a range of major planning applications and the legal work associated with such schemes. Prior to working in planning Hannah obtained an upper second-class honours degree in Law from the University of Lincoln.

She has dealt with a wide range of planning applications and projects including:

• Minor and major residential planning applications
• Minor commercial, agricultural and industrial schemes
• Changes of use
• Securing and discharging legal obligations associated with Planning Permissions
• Pre-application enquiries

Life outside Parker Planning Services

Hannah enjoys horse riding at her local stables and taking the dogs for walks across Norfolk. When not outdoors she enjoys baking and is an avid reader.
