Background: Kavi graduated with a first class Master of Planning Degree (MPLAN) from Newcastle University.
Outside of Parker Planning Services Kavi has a keen interest in photography (architectural & landscape) and film so you might see him out with his camera or in the cinema with a box of popcorn. Kavi previously ran as a council candidate back in his hometown of Leeds. He incidentally is also a supporter of Leeds United Football club.
