Tom Donnelly

Senior Planner

Tom has over 8 years of experience working in the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Parker Planning Services, Tom has worked in Norfolk for; Breckland District Council within the planning team, progressing from Technical Support to Senior Planner level, working on a variety of planning applications that were both minor and major in nature. Tom has also worked for a large multi-house builder dealing with a range of major planning applications and legal work associated with such schemes. Tom is currently looking to commence work for his submission to become a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

He has dealt with a wide range of planning applications and projects including:

• Minor and major residential planning applications
• Minor and major commercial, industrial and agricultural schemes
• Changes of use
• Lawful development certificates
• Prior approvals and permitted development schemes
• Securing and discharging legal obligations associated with Planning Permissions

Life outside Parker Planning Services

Tom is an avid sports enthusiast. He plays cricket and football regularly and finds great enjoyment following Liverpool. Beyond sports, Tom is a keen musician who plays guitar, piano and sings.
