Parker Planning Services had a successful day at Breckland Planning committee when all three of our cases were approved.

Parker Planning services achieved planning permission for:

A low impact, environmentally friendly self-build dwelling, enabling our Client to improve the efficiency of their rural business.
The Change of use of three holiday lets to one four-bedroom residential dwelling.
Finally the removal of condition 3, for a previously approved application, allowing for holiday accommodation to be rented out to local people – as well as the variation of two conditions.
