Rowan has over 13 years experience in the built environment within East Anglia, in both the public and private sectors. Initially working as a Building Surveyor, her interest in the historic buildings stemmed from a BSc in Building Conservation and MSc in Building Surveying. She has extensive experience with Planning Services, having worked on planning applications, development appraisals, local plan representations and appeals before ultimately specialising in the heritage sector. Rowan has worked on several prestigious buildings, including the refurbishment of King’s Parade, Cambridge. She has delivered projects for individual clients as well as for landed estates, social housing providers and private companies. Well practiced on Listed Building and Conservation Area Consents, she focuses on working with clients to find unique solutions for their buildings.
