Change of use of Pub into Residential

Discuss your requirements with us

Parker Planning Services dealt with a planning application which was refused.  We then appealed this decision and have successfully won this against King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council for the change of use of public house into two apartments, located at Feltwell, Thetford.

We produced a detailed ‘Planning Appeal Statement’ to argue the main issue within this appeal. Whether or not the proposed change of use and resultant loss of a public house/ community facility and employment site is acceptable.

We are extremely happy to gain approval for our client and look forward to seeing the development completed soon.
