Parker Planning Services have successfully gained full planning permission from South Norfolk Council for a 4 bed farm managers dwelling and cart lodge in Deopham, Norfolk.
The development is outside an area where the local planning authority normally permit residential development and permission has been granted in this instance having regard to the agricultural need for a dwelling on the site.
